REACH, RoHS, and Conflict Minerals Declarations
REACH:
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical within the EU.
REACH is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals. REACH establishes procedures for collecting and assessing information on the properties and hazards of substances. REACH places the burden of proof on companies that manufacture, import, or are downstream users of products.
Adhesa Plate’s labels are REACH compliant per the SVHC updates of July 2021. We can confirm that our suppliers have certified that the materials that we purchase from them to manufacture Adhesa Plate products do not contain the SVHC chemicals on the current REACH list in reportable quantities.
Please be advised that we do not conduct material analysis of our raw materiels, rather we rely on the statements of our materiel suppliers. They have provided us with written assurances that their materials comply with the RoHS directive. None of the materials named in these directives are knowingly used or intentionally added during their manufacturing process, however, trace amounts may be present in the environment, giving the potential for low-level contamination.
More REACH information can be found at: http://echa.europa.eu/web/guest/candidate-list-table
RoHS:
The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment
The RoHS Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than the agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.
Adhesa Plate’s labels are compliant per the RoHS EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS2). We can confirm that our suppliers have certified that the materials that we purchase from them to manufacture Adhesa Plate products are RoHS compliant.
Please be advised that we do not conduct material analysis of our raw materials, rather we rely on the statements of our material suppliers. They have provided us with written assurances that their materials comply with the RoHS directive. None of the materials named in these directives are knowingly used or intentionally added during their manufacturing process, however, trace amounts may be present in the environment, giving the potential for low-level contamination.

Conflict Minerals:
Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act was signed into federal law by President Barack Obama on July 21, 2010
In late August 2012, the federal government issued its final rules implementing the Dodd-Frank, “Conflict Minerals”, law. This law requires public companies that purchase or use certain materials, or purchase products containing those materials, to begin tracking weather the materials originated from the Democratic Republic of Congo or an adjoining country (Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, the Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia) (collectively, “DRC”). The Conflict Materials are columbite-tantalite (sultan), cassiterite and wolframite, or their derivatives (tantalum, tungsten and tin), and gold.
Even though Adhesa Plate is not a public company, we are pleased to announce, that our products do not contain conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo or its adjoining countries. We have written assurances from our suppliers that their materiels comply with the “Conflict Minerals” law.
Adhesa Plate supports the objectives of this law and will not knowingly source raw materiels from suppliers who use conflict minerals.
