Static Cling Window Decals and Parking Permits

Static cling window decals can be seen on car windows, store windows, and glass display cases. They are commonly used to identify one’s association with an institution, like a company or school. They also announce key information about a business, such as store hours.

Static Cling Label Usage

Parking Permit Labels

Parking permits are an essential part of maintaining control and organization of business and school parking lots.  Typically, parking permits are custom made with sequential numbering. Sequential number labels allow for a quick visual identification of the permit to assure the car belongs in your lot. Adhesa Plate can now offer barcodes & QR codes to the labels for machine readable devices.

Car Maintenance Reminder Labels

Static cling labels are also used as car maintenance reminders. When creating these labels, we customize them with your company’s logo and contact information. A write-on space is left for the car technician to fill-in when the next maintenance visit should be scheduled. Again barcodes & QR codes make scanning devices effective for quick & accurate data entry.

Static Cling Labels for Retail

Static cling window decals are often seen on storefront windows. Typically, they display pertinent payment information – like which credit cards you accept, or your store hours.

Static cling labels can also be seen on in-store glass display cases. With the addition of a QR code read by a smart phone, these labels can display information like product details, special promotions, coupons, and pricing.

Design Options

In many cases, your static cling decals will need to be customized. This is valuable for branding purposes, communicating logistical information, or for marketing and sales promotions.
Our custom window clings can be produced with a clear or an opaque background that are readable from inside, outside or both sides of a window. Static cling decals can also be customized with either spot-color or full-color graphics with sequential numbers, barcodes or QR codes for added value.

These labels are made with non-fade graphics.

New Wide-Format Inkjet Printer Added to the Adhesa Plate Lineup

We are excited to announce the addition of a new wide-format UV inkjet printer. This printer will offer savings in cost and time when printing custom labels in varying quantities.

The new inkjet printer is a high-speed model that allows the production of larger sized labels and custom labels in both large and small quantities without the expense of set ups. The printer is ideal for 4 color process graphics and variable data of custom labels. Traditionally, the savings found in printing larger quantities of labels could offset pre-press costs. With this new inkjet printer, there is a shorter pre-press time making large or small print runs cost-effective.

Save on Set Up Costs and Variable Data Printing

The greatest value is in the reduction of pre-print tasks, with at least 1 to 2 hours eliminated from the process of creating a label order. Gone from conventional screen printing is eliminating the film, the screen imaging, the ink mixing and the actual press set up, making it ideal for variable data printing of all print quantities.

Variable data printing is the printing of sequential numbers, barcodes QR and UID codes. It is used in retail environments, warehouse stocking, and asset labels, or unique product identifying is required.

High-Resolution Printing Every Time

The new printer offers top quality high-resolution labels at 2400 DPI. Once the profile of a job is created in the digital printer, it will create a consistent, high-quality image, order after order, year after year.

We are excited to offer this new printing equipment and service. In our 50+ years in label printing, we have always looked for ways to meet the labeling needs of the manufacturing industries we serve. This new printer allows us to expand the opportunities while saving time and money for our customers.

What is Variable Data Printing?

Have you ever wondered how mass labels are printed with unique content – like a barcode, QR code, or UPC? This is made possible by a printing technique called Variable Data Printing (VDP) and the end result is variable data labels.

Variable Data Printing is a form of digital printing in which varying data can be printed on each label. This technique enables fast printing of a large number of labels for various units of a product, facilitating easy identification.

How Does Variable Data Printing Work?

The process is simple. The data comes from a client provided database of unique information. The database is loaded, and the information integrated with our printing machine. The overall process is seamless and efficient, allowing for a cost effective, unique labeling solution.

Examples of Variable Data Printing Applications

Marketing: Variable Data Printing is widely used in marketing. Printed labels with individual names or customized information tend to yield a higher response rate than a generic printed piece.

Tracking: With QR codes, a company can add an individually coded label for signage or a printed piece and track the number of visits to the landing page or website.

Inventory: Printing sequential number labels in bulk is simple with Variable Data Printing making inventory day easy. Each adhesive label can have unique numbers or text and barcode as needed.

Customize your Labels

As with any of our labels, we can print a custom branded look. If you simply need a templated label with only room for the varying data, we can provide that also. And with our thermal transfer digital print and plot cutter options, you have
