The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment
The RoHS Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than the agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.
Adhesa Plate’s labels are compliant per the RoHS EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS2). We can confirm that our suppliers have certified that the materials that we purchase from them to manufacture Adhesa Plate products are RoHS compliant.
Please be advised that we do not conduct material analysis of our raw materials, rather we rely on the statements of our material suppliers. They have provided us with written assurances that their materials comply with the RoHS directive. None of the materials named in these directives are knowingly used or intentionally added during their manufacturing process, however, trace amounts may be present in the environment, giving the potential for low-level contamination.
