Adhesa Plate embraces first round of “Lean Manufacturing� methods. Implementing the 5 S program and creating Value Stream Mapping on the shop floor and order entry is helping reduce lead times and increase quality. Working with consultants from WMS, 5 staff members worked to work flow.
