Polycarbonate comes with a variety of finishes: textured, fine texture, smooth gloss and various smooth matte levels. It also comes in a variety of thicknesses, ranging from .005 to .060. It is clear, which means all coloring must be printed and clear windows are an option. Clear window may be used for display windows, LED displays and windows where custom data labels can be inserted.

Polycarbonate label material allows custom color matching and high performance adhesive as value added features. An increase in thickness of the polycarbonate creates an increase in the protection of the printed graphics. Knowing what surface material the label is being applied to allows Adhesa Plate's sales engineers to determine the best suited adhesive for the application.
