Polycarbonate material allows custom color matching and high performance adhesive as value added features. Polycarbonate can come with a fine textured finish for scratch resistance, or clear for window displays and LED's. Polycarbonate can be cut to within a +/-.010 tolerance of dimensions. Knowing what the surface material the graphic overlay is being applied to allows Adhesa-Plate's sales engineers to determine the best suited adhesive for the application.

A high quality label for a product marking is critical for first impression results. Urethane doming labels are an inexpensive feature that adds value for that expensive look. Besides adding a high quality cosmetic feature, the urethane adds tremendous durability. Urethane actually repairs itself after being dented.

Polyester material allows custom color matching and clear windows as value added features. Polyester can come with a fine textured finish for scratch resistance or smooth for window clarity. A fine texture can also be printed to combine both clear and textured finishes. Polyester is easy to cut so dimensions can be held to a tolerance of +/-.010.
