Usage:

Client needed a control panel overlay that could be removed when factory adjustments were required. The hope was to salvage the overlay for reuse. The access point was hidden behind the overlay, so the end user would not be able to access the internal workings of the device.

Features:

Custom colors were printed on a scratch resistant graphic overlay with accurately place internal cutouts for switches and buttons to identify a control panel. A clear display window protects the LCD display.

The overlay is re-usable because the polycarbonate graphic layer is permanently attached to a magnetic film. Magnetics, not adhesive attach the overlay to the control panel...

• 3 colors screen printed onto .010 gloss clear polycarbonate film.
• Factory gloss hard coat, selective 3M 467 avoiding window display overlay attached to .060 magnetic film / custom die cut
