A medical device used with animals requires an encapsulated switch system that can be sterilized frequently. A membrane switch with a polyester graphic overlay can meet this requirement.

Features:

A membrane switch with V-med Technology Polyester is a stable film that is resistant to heat and solvents. It will also withstand millions of actuations of the switch buttons. A clear polyester allows clear windows to be created in the graphics of the overlay. The flexibility of the switch design and graphics, make membrane switches a good choice for most electronic control pad applications. Membrane switches are generally less than .06" thickness, which makes them thin and light weight, even in a large size.
