ARTWORK FAQ:

Why the color on your art proof not representing my specified PMS colors accurately?

Colors can look different based on the settings of monitor and printer you are using.  Once in production, we will use the Pantone Color System to match your colors, or if you can supply us with a color sample, we can match to that.

Can you supply a press proof / first article?

We can provide sample printed parts with or without adhesive or die-cutting as a press proof / first article to you for colors approval prior to a production run.  Typically we produce these parts digitally.  Please send your inquiry to sales@adhesaplate.com or call us at 1.800.634.9701 to discuss turnaround time and cost of producing a press proof / first article for your order.

What is an art proof?

We send our customers an art proof for any new or revised orders to get reviewed and sign off before we run production. Our art proof will list specification such as dimensions, material, tolerance, colors, and any other special notes to ensure we have all the correct information to produce the part. Please review our art proof carefully. Adhesa Plate will not start production for your order until a signed approval is received.

I printed out the art proof you sent to me and measured it with a ruler. Why is the dimension on my print out not matching to the actual part size?

Make sure you set your printer’s output option to “Do not scale” when printing.

How do I submit art files?

Please send art files to art@adhesaplate.com. We can also download from your FTP site if you have access to upload the files. Please e-mail FTP login in & password information to art@adhesaplate.com.

ORDERS FAQ:

What are your minimums?

We don’t have minimums, but the labels will cost less when you place larger orders.

What is your turnaround?

Standard turnaround time is 7 to 9 working days after we received your signed art proof. However, we always try our best to meet your most urgent deadlines.

PAYMENT FAQ:

What methods of payment do you accept?

Credit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Check in advance. COD. Net 30 terms – with approved credit application only.

SHIPPING FAQ:

Can you blind ship?

Yes we can. Please specify that on your purchase order.

Can you provide a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes. Please send your inquiry to sales@adhesaplate.com.

How do you ship your printed labels?

We can ship UPS, Fed-Ex, or DHL. Shipping is not included in the price of the labels. We are happy to ship the labels using your account number if provided. Please send your inquiry to sales@adhesaplate.com.
