Conflict Minerals:

Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act was signed into federal law by President Barack Obama on July 21, 2010
In late August 2012, the federal government issued its final rules implementing the Dodd-Frank, “Conflict Minerals”, law. This law requires public companies that purchase or use certain materials, or purchase products containing those materials, to begin tracking weather the materials originated from the Democratic Republic of Congo or an adjoining country (Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, the Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia) (collectively, “DRC”). The Conflict Materials are columbite-tantalite (sultan), cassiterite and wolframite, or their derivatives (tantalum, tungsten and tin), and gold.

Even though Adhesa Plate is not a public company, we are pleased to announce, that our products do not contain conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo or its adjoining countries. We have written assurances from our suppliers that their materiels comply with the “Conflict Minerals” law.

Adhesa Plate supports the objectives of this law and will not knowingly source raw materiels from suppliers who use conflict minerals.
